Finalcheck crashing

Hi, im using the trial version of pyramix 25th.
everytime i try to open the finalcheck i get a crash.

Yes, I have the same problem since day 1 i bought Pyramix Pro 25th.

Merging support team answered me:

"This is a known issue in the first release of Pyramix 25th that only affects Native. The bug has already been fixed and will be part of the next hotfix release"

Waiting for the hotfix....

Traffic in this forum dropped significantly when Merging introduced its Online Knowledge Base - https://confluence.merging.com/

If your question is not answered there, perhaps it's time to contact Merging Support directly, although that requires you to have a paid up Annual Software Maintenance key - support@merging.com

And what if its not on the confluence page neither we have an active support plan ? we get stucked with a problem?

The Knowledge Base gets updated all the time, so keep checking there. This is why Merging personnel do not monitor or respond to questions in this forum very often. That said, there is some hope that a more experienced user will respond here in the forum - eventually.

However, as long as you're using Pyramix in its Trial/Demo form, you will encounter several critical limitations which are removed once you make the purchase. If you're really serious about taking Pyramix for a test drive, you should contact your country's Merging distributor, to see if you can arrange to get a month long trial license, which would remove all the problems associated with the Demo, and allow you to really try everything out (except Final Check, it would appear).

Looks like the new hotfix addressed that finalcheck problem!
