My Macbook Pro reached its limits by DXD + plugins...

You are far better off building a computer with one of the tested and recommended motherboards and Graphics cards.
If you need more power for DXD, consider upgrading to masscore.

klaukholm is right. Also, Native operates on only a single thread so a big multi-core system may not buy you much.
