Hello,
I'm trying to get these Sonnox VST plugins to work with PMX v8. Does anyone use these plugins and been successful installing them?
I see them in the folder where they were installed, but when I use the VST scanner they don't come up.
Any tips would be great. Thanks.

Re: Sonnox VST Plugins
Is the folder they are in included in the list of folders that are scanned?
Re: Sonnox VST Plugins
Direct the scanner to the particular folder, that should do it.
In v9 there is no more vst scanner!!

I've got a Sonnox plugin, it works fine for me. I have vague memories of struggling to get it to be seen by the VST scanner, as others have said, it is all about telling the scanner which folder to go looking in.

Interestingly, my Sonnox plugins have suddenly started working with PMX v9.... but now my Flux plugins are broken!

Re: Sonnox VST Plugins
If I remember correctly - in PMX V8 I had to use the 32bit versions of my SONNOX plugins. It also seems like I had to move the .dll files from where SONNOX installed them over to the Steinberg/VST folder.
I just installed V9 and am using the 64bit SONNOX with no trouble. (yet)

Re: Sonnox VST Plugins
Greetings,
I'm having trouble installing the 64-bit VST version of the Oxford R3 EQ into Pyramix (v9.1.7) Yes, it's a 64-bit OS and I've added any folders that say "Sonnox" on them. Still no joy.
Also -- if I scan the VST folders from the settings window, Pyramix crashes and a restart of the computer is necessary.
Thoughts, anyone?
Thanks,
Bob
P.S. -- how do I stop auto-correct from changing "Pyramix" into "Pyramid"?

Re: Sonnox VST Plugins
There are a couple of bad bugs in version 9.1.7 - one deals with the Publishing, and the other with the VST Scanner. Both will be fixed in the upcoming 9.1.8 release. Meanwhile, version 9.1.6 has neither bug.

Thank you, Frank. Not the answer I wanted for today's session -- but good to know I wasn't crazy.
