I worked with Ramses 16 fader/arc48 untill last year!
Be aware you can only work with the legacy groups because you can not have the new group structure on Ramses (firmware limitation), I can not be shure!!!.
Will you work with edit bay? You will need to have the tool for config the functions.

Also, how the MAD will see the Horus or Hapi device? In my case I have Horus or Hapi connected direcly to the Ravenna network card.

Do you have the ATI FirePro 2460 Multi-View 512MB PCI-e x16 quad monitor Graphics Card. I work with on one of my machines and the third machine (Pyr/VCube combo) it will be assembled with that.

The main unit is 1700 €, Madi option 800 € and the cost of the AD 1200 € and DA 800 €, the same of Horus modules. I think they have an exchange program also!

Hello, I did this question, in 2012, about the 9 pin socket you have in the rear pannell of the Ramses console but anyone reply, Merging or SmartAv. I think in early smart consoles this is a output for monitor display but the output format is very old, not like the SVGA display or more recent. Pearh...

Hello Masato.Y, in the release notes pdf document http://www.merging.com/uploads/assets/Merging_pdfs/Ramses/Ramses%20Release%20Notes.pdf It says "HUI support for ProTools (Mac version only) control" Not in OASIS but in HUI, you have to check how do the connection of the console with th PT....
