Re: presonus faderport

It works (mostly). Fader, Pan, Channel Select, Transport, Mute Solo Rec all work with Mackie HUI mapping. A few of the other buttons work in the wrong places, and with other mappings a few work in the righ places but with other added problems. Good luck, Brad p.s. Tested with: Mykerinos, Native, XP ...

Re: Pyramix 5 Native on Vista laptop

Hello,
Try running the installer and the eventually the program in Windows XP SP2 compatability mode (right click-properties-compatability). This worked for me.

Good luck,
Brad

Benchmark DAC1 USB

Bernhard,
No need for ASIO drivers. You plug it in, Windows will install a couple of USB drivers, you select Benchmark as your output device in the PMX control panel and that's it. It's almost as easy as they say it is.
Best,
Brad

Benchmark DAC1 USB

I've been using a DAC1USB with Pyramix Native for several months and have had no problems.

MPEX2 and DXD

Hello, I've been trying to do small pitch shifts in DSD using MPEX2. The previews are at original pitch and processing produces a file only a few frames long. The software works fine at lower sampling rates. The results are the same whether generating DXD or DSD files. I'm running 4.2.6 with an Inte...

I'm using the new 4.1 release with the AES/SRC daughter card. I will certainly try the rear connectors. I have the most success with Pyramix as master WC and Genex as slave but there are still soft clicks.

176 Clocking

I'm a relatively new Pryamix user and am not having luck clocking a two-wire 176 load in from a Genex 8500. Pyramix isn't happy locking to either the audio input or WC but the audio sounds fine going from the Genex to the 176 DA. Am I missing something?
Many thanks
