Re: HAPI over WAN and Unicast

I see what you're saying about GPS time base changing with altitude. So the two clocks will never be in perfect sync. As they say, a person with two wrist watches never knows what time it is :) So you run the risk that if clock B is faster than A, then B will try and play packets that are not ready ...

Re: HAPI over WAN and Unicast

6. What happens if location A loses GPS lock. Will the signal be un-decodable at location B? And visa versa.

Re: HAPI over WAN and Unicast

1. Would it be necessary to have a PTP Grandmaster clock locked to GPS in both locations? 2. Would ANEMAN pick up both HAPI's (assuming they both need to be on same subnet?) 3. What if the HAPI were not on the same subnet, how would you get them talking? NAT? 4. Can you set the HAPI ports to transmi...

HAPI over WAN and Unicast

Hello, Doing a design and would like to hook up two HAPI's or Anubis over AWS or Google Cloud Platform. Has there been any testing done regarding HAPI over WAN? Essentially, the ports targeting the WAN would need to be Unicast. How would the PTP packtes handle that? Please let me know at your earlie...

@Ricardo
Is there any technical advantage to running Windows 10 vs 7?

MPEG-H Live workflow

Hello Pyramix Team,

I understand PMX 11.1 enables audio objects and MPEG-H file generation. Is a live MPEG-H streaming workflow on the roadmap?

Thanks, Tibor

Re: Selecting any Buss Tool Preset Crash 11.0.6

UPDATE: The crash occurs when Alchemist is also on the Buss. When removed, Buss Tools presets work normally.

Re: Algorithmix Denoiser on Version 11.0.6

Thanks @Guillaume!

Algorithmix cleaned up when we adjusted the buffers settings on My ASIO device to 2000 for 48kHz Projects and to 4000 for 384Khz projects. Both in USB "Reliable" mode. Whatever that means.

P.S. Running 11.0.6 Native

Algorithmix Denoiser on Version 11.0.6

Hi Merging Support, et al.,

Getting garbled audio (Digital Zippering) when engaging the Algorithmix Denoiser inserted on a mono channel strip, 48Khz, 24bit. Is there a way to restore functionality of this plugin? Rebooted the machine to no avail. Win7 SP1. PMX 11.0.6

Thanks, Tibor

Re: b<>com Spatializer

I discovered that Maurice posted the B<>Com Spatializer information I've been looking for on the wiki: https://confluence.merging.com/display/ ... om+plugins

Thanks Maurice!

I still have questions which I'm sure will be answered once I get a demo rolling.

Cheers, Tibor

b<>com Spatializer

Hello,

How many buss channels does the b<>com Spatializer use? Does it do 5th or 7th order Ambisonics? When will this integration be available? Is it going to be a VS3 implementation?

Thanks, Tibor
